Last Day for Questions: November 3, 2021 at 3PM 1. payment Bond is required for contracts in excess of $25,000.00. 2 Performance Bond is required for contracts in excess of $100,000.00 Contract Time: 120 Calendar Days Start Date: Upon execution of contract, approx. January 20, 2022 Substantial Completion Date: May 20, 2022 Final Completion Date: June 20, 2022 Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (48 hour notice must be provided to Districts project manager in order to work on site during weekends.)
