Furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, all other items of expense, and transportation necessary to remove the existing roof materials and install a new roof for the Big Basin Old Lodge, located at the Big Basin Redwoods State Park in Santa Cruz County, California, complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to bid opening date. Contract Term: Notice to Proceed (NTP) through 90 Days. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the States attention by including your comments directly to Isabella.Kressman@parks.ca.gov no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2020.
