**As of 7/24/2020 all bids are rejected. The City of Dahlonega is requesting sealed bids for Sewer Repair at South Chestatee Street in Tanyard Branch in the City of Dahlonega. A bid bond in the amount not less than 5% of the total bid amount is required for this project. Bids may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by O.C.G.A. 13-10-22. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award a contract in the best interest of the City, and to waive any technicalities and informalities. This project shall be constructed according to the 2013 Edition of the GDOT Standard Specifications and all applicable Supplemental Specs and Special Provisions that apply to this project.
