The City of Dahlonega is requesting sealed bids for the asphalt leveling and resurfacing on various city streets in the City of Dahlonega. Questions regarding Project #2024-002 will be accepted in writing only, to the City of Dahlonega Purchasing Agent, Brittany Lee at blee@dahlonega.gov or faxed to 706-864-4837 before 12:00PM, EST, on January 17, 2024. Responses will be posted by addenda no later than 5:00 PM EST, on January 19, 2024, All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award a contract in the best interest of the City, and to waive any technicalities and informalities.
