Renovation of an educational facility in Dahlonega, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 22, 2024 project was awarded to Rycon but awarded amount is not available.** Construction Management at Risk Services - UNG Dahlonega Dining Hall Renovation. UNG Project consists of moderate renovation to 9,000 sq ft Dining Hall. Work to include light demolition, new finishes, new counters, new equipment, new furniture, updating current food platform. Some firms that respond to this RFQ, who are determined by the Owner to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to interview and offer proposals for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. BOR reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion. All respondents must agree to the Full Contract attached with all exhibits. Full Design Schematics to be developed and delivered by Tipton Associates prior to commencement of services. The University of North Georgia (hereinafter, the State Entity) is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing UNG - Dahlonega Dining Hall Renovation. This electronic Request for Qualified Contractors is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein.
