Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Marco Island, pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapters 255.103 and 287.055, is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide Construction Management at Risk services for the development of a passive community park known as Veterans Community Park. The following Request for Qualifications has been developed to solicit proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide construction management at risk services for the development of a passive community park Veterans' Community Park. Veterans Community Park will become a public destination point within the City of Marco Island and will provide community amenities for all to enjoy. The City intends to award a Professional Services Agreement to the best qualified firm that offers a qualification proposal that is deemed to be in the City's best interest. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award.
