Submit Estimating Questions To: Brandon Ballengee, Pre-Construction Manager PH: (281) 907-8604 FAX: (713) 521-0386 bids@plwUS.com The proposed Johnson County Special Utility District (The District) Water System Improvements Project includes the design and construction for replacement of over 16,000 residential meters with an Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) System in addition to significant water transmission line improvements throughout the District's system. The installation of the meter replacement and AMR/AMI system is a recommended strategy in the Region C Plan while the water transmission lines are not applicable to a regional water plan strategy. The water transmission line project includes 143,095 linear feet of pipe varying in diameter from 8-inches to 20-inches based upon 21 CIP projects listed in the District's Master Plan. Construction MBE 19.44% WBE 9.17%
