All firms interested in qualifying for work with the WWTA shall be pre-qualified with the Board as set out herein. All architects, engineering (A/E) firms interested in securing work from the WWTA shall complete a U.S. Government Standard Form 330 Part 2 (SF 330 Part 2) prior to pre-qualification for professional services. All A/E firms wishing to maintain their pre-qualification status with the WWTA shall provide the Engineering Committee with an updated SF 330 Part 2 every two years. The Engineering Committee will review the SF 330 Part 2 submitted and determine whether a firm is to be pre-qualified or not. The Engineering Committee may request that an A/E firm makes a presentation to the Committee in order to introduce their firm to the Engineering Committee. Conversely, an Engineering firm may request to make a presentation to the Engineering Committee. The request must be made to the WWTA Board Chair. The Engineering Committee will review the SF 330 Part 2 Forms submitted for 2020 / 2021 calendar years during the Committee Meeting to be held February 6, 2020, at 9:30am EST in Conference Room 3B of the Development Resource Center. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
