Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Waverly, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Demo of building approximately 3,900 square feet (entire building). Complete removal of building off site. Saw cut approximately 40' of concrete sidewalk and remove, leaving existing retaining wall parallel to the lake. Remove concrete boat ramp between sidewalks extending into the lake. Disconnect/cap water and sewer lines, all other utilities have been disconnected. Backfill/grade area to surround/existing level. All permits to be acquired by Contractor. Project must be completed by March 31, 2020. Bidders claiming preference for Domestic Source End Products, the Ohio preference, and/or the Veteran Friendly Business Enterprise (VBE) must complete the following information. Any bidder who intentionally submits false or misleading information in an attempt to receive a bid preference will be immediately disqualified and may be subject to legal action up to and including debarment. The state reserves the right to clarify any information during the evaluation process. Contractor shall have all building demolition completed by March 31, 2020.
