Site work for a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, th following: site work for a playground / park / Athletic field and water / sewer project. As of August 25, 2021, this project is out for sub-contractor bids. Tranquility Wildlife Area - Restore the existing 25-yard and 100-yard Shooting Ranges to a functional range by replacing all shooting benches, shooting shelters, backstops, berms, and providing ADA accessibility. Lead impacted soils will be treated and used to rebuild backstops and berms when applicable. Indian Creek Wildlife Area - Repurpose the existing trap range to a 25-yard and 50-yard shooting range. Project includes new shooting shelters, shooting benches, construction of backstop and berms, drainage improvements, ADA accessibility, and parking improvements. Lead impacted soils will be treated and used to rebuild backstops and berms when applicable. This project is prevailing wage and tax exempt. Bids will be received for the following bid packages: BP#2 Soil Remediation BP#6 General Trades BP#7 Roofing & Gutters BP#31 Sitework BP#32a Fencing & Gates BP#32b Seeding BP#32c Asphalt (Indian Creek Only)
