Fayetteville- Perry Local Schools requests bids to provide labor, tools, equipment and vehicles for the removal of snow from the HS, MS and ES. The award of the Snow Removal Contract will be reviewed/approved at the December 13, 2023 Board of Education Meeting. The Scope of Work: Plowing to start within 4 hours of a snowstorm. Only snow of 3 inches and above will be plowed unless requested. A decision will be made when snow removal is needed and a call for service. A call back is required within 20 minutes of notification. This contract is for the removal of snow/ice from all ingress and egress lanes and parking areas. No snow can be piled within 50 ft. of an entrance or exit of driveways or fire hydrant. Salt Treatments should be as needed and/or indicated by conditions. Please provide the following with your bid: Proof of Workers Compensation, General Liability and Automobile Coverage. References and the name of de-icing products and appropriate MSDS Sheets. Fayetteville-Perry Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to wave any informality in the bids, and unless otherwise specified by the bidder
