Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Project is anticipated to include an 8,100 sq ft renovation that includes a mix of 5 locker rooms, coach offices & support areas. Renovated areas would also include the addition of HVAC systems not currently in place. The project also includes new dugouts and backstop at the baseball field located at Madeira Middle School. The total project budget estimate is $2,600,000. This project is not part of an OFCC program. The desired start date of this project is April 2024 with a completion date of August 1, 2024. The project architect will be determined by the November 20th Board of Education Meeting. Services required include preconstruction, working with the Owner and Design Team for planning and design, and at-risk construction of the project. Firms must be experienced in the CMR delivery method, including scheduling, cost estimating, constructability review, GMP and open book pricing, and have experience in public sector construction, specifically K-12. As required by ORC Sections 9.33, et seq., the Owner requests qualifications from experienced CMR firms to provide CMR services for the Project
