Park Shelter Replacement for Sycamore Township Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Bidding questions may be directed to Project Manager, Bruce Brandstetter, Brandstetter Carroll Inc. at 513-651-4224. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The Contractor must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and Sycamore Township, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. The right is reserved by the OWNER to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid. No bidder may withdraw their BID for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids.
