Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project is approximately 20,366 sq ft of a new build that will encompass Healthcare, Education and Workforce Development space. This project is funded in whole through the Ohio Appalachian Community Innovation Grant. The estimated budget for this project is $10,842,473.00. This project has a 12-31-2026 deadline for completion and it is anticipated that design services begin immediately with the goal of construction to begin in 2024-2025.. Respondents should have experience in the Construction Manager-At-Risk delivery model and public construction. Statement of Qualifications should include: Firm background & history, Qualifications & experience, school building construction experience, current capacity and workload, ability to coordinate design and construction of project, quality of bid & construction documents-bidding experience. Estimating expertise and ability to meet project budgets; construction administration experience and follow-up commitment and references. The selection process will incorporate ORC 153.65-71. Any questions related to this RFQ must be directed in writing to Lisa Tussey, Treasurer @ lisa.tussey@fpls.us by 12:00 p.m., 5 days prior to the submittal deadline of July 17, 2024 @ 12:00 p.m.
