State of NC MBE/WBE participation goal: 10% (combined) The proposed project consists of rehabilitation and replacement of gravity sewer lines and replacement and relocation of a sewer pump station in the Produce Market Road Area of Laurinburg, North Carolina. Gravity sewer construction includes replacement of approximately 1,964 LF of 8" gravity sewer, 7,389 LF of CIPP lining in existing 8" sewer lines, manhole rehabilitation and replacement, and related appurtenances. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
