Site work for a water / sewer project in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing approximately 3,150 feet of 20-inch water line, 2,965 feet of 12-inch water line, 100 feet of 6-inch water line and all appurtenances. Approximately 1,400 feet of 3-inch HDPE temporary water line will be constructed to maintain water service for Scotland Memorial Hospital and a skilled nursing facility. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bidsshall be on a lump sum or unit price basis asindicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Laurinburg is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of proposals from minority and women-owned companies. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
