As of December 8, 2020, a construction manager has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- The City of Beaverton (City) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified civil engineering firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called Proposers, to provide professional engineering and design services related to Sexton Mountain Pump Station Upgrade (CIP 4078C). The project is to provide architectural, structural, electrical, pumping and power distribution improvements to the Sexton Mountain Pump Station (SMPS). These SMPS engineering services are anticipated to be conducted in three (3) phases, with work anticipated to be continuous through fiscal year 2023. Proposers are invited to submit a proposal outlining their experience and qualifications in performing work related to the services required. Questions regarding the procurement process will be accepted up to 5:00 p.m. on January 20, 2020 and will be posted Electronically. Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279A.110(4), and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120(1). Pre-qualification of Proposer is not required. All Proposers are required to comply with the provisions of ORS and the Citys Contract Review Board policy The City reserves the right to 1) reject any or all proposal not in compliance with public bidding procedures, 2) postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from date of proposal opening, 3) waive informalities in the proposals, and 4) select the proposal which appears to be in the best interest of the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
