Design-Build to Relocate T722A, T802, and Provide Utilities Mather, CA VA Northern California Health Care System Construction Services for Project #612A4-19-006 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for a General Construction Contractor for a Design Build to Relocate T722A, T802, and Provide Utilities at Mather, California 95655. Work shall include, but not limited to the following: Relocate T722a and T802 into a 48 by 60 modular trailer to include audio booth for audiology and provide utilities. The Design Build Contractor shall provide a 48 x60 modular trailer with all skirting and design built to VA specifications. The Design Build Contractor shall provide and install an audio-booth in the modular trailer with ADA access. The Design Build Contractor shall provide a fully functional and complete modular trailer system for the VANCHCS Mather campus. The Design Build Contractor shall provide all utility connections required (water, sewer, electrical, data, etc.). The Design Build Contractor shall provide all demolition and site prep as required. The duration of this project is 360 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. This Request for Proposal will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals will only be accepted from qualified VIP Verified and SAM registered Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. This is a two-phase design-build solicitation in accordance with FAR 36.3 The magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00.
