Per the owner, as of February 26, 2025, this project is currently under construction and will be completed later this year (2025). Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ........... The City of Rancho Cordova (City) Public Works is soliciting Requests for Proposal (RFP) from Environmental Engineering firms to support the implementation of the Soil Remediation and Site Cleanup Plan at 10153-10175 Folsom Boulevard (Project). The proposed reuse for the site is to develop a major mixed-used community hub on the 10-acre site along Folsom Boulevard. The Project will require an environmental engineer to provide clean-up plan implementation, soil remediation construction support, stockpile profiling, in-situ soil treatment, post excavation effectiveness sampling, and project close out. The firm should have extensive knowledge of the City and Sacramento County Development and Construction Standards, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Cal/OSHA, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), CVRWQB, and Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standards.
