Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
In general the work consists of new Communication Structural Cabling, Nurse Call, Member Monitoring, Access Control, and Video Surveillance Systems at Boland, Gates, and Maurer Halls. New in-building pathways will be constructed as required to support new cabling and systems. New Fiber Optic Cable will be installed in new and existing underground pathways to the above buildings, Shemanske and Wallace Hall, the Heating Plant and Cemetery Maintenance. Existing Telecom Rooms will be expanded and/or upgraded and new rooms created. A new Data Center will be constructed at Shemanske Hall. Existing Fire Suppression Systems will be supplemented. Existing cabling and systems equipment will be demolished following agency transition to the new cabling and systems. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
