Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Salem, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Re-Surfacing of Various Basketball Courts. Location of Work: 1. Charles R. Curtis Memorial Park - 19 March Street Approx. 4,800 sq. ft 2. DiBiase park - 46-48 Dell Street (end of circle hill road) approx. 2,000 sq. ft 3. Juniper park - 28 Beach Ave. approx. 3,000 sq. ft Proposed sites are an approx. Estimate and is not a reflection of current conditions. Contractors are responsible to visit each site to verify current conditions and sizes of each job site. Please note contractor is responsible for erosion controls to protect storm drain run off, also contractor is responsible to set up safe work zones as to keep people out and off the site until project is completed and signed off by city. Any work that does not meet or exceed city standard will be redone at the contractors expense. Questions concerning this Invitation for Bids must be submitted in writing to: Tom Watkins at Twatkins@salem.com at least 5 days prior to the bid opening date. Written responses will be emailed to all bidders on record as having picked up the Invitation for Bids. The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Quotes or reject in whole or in part any and all bids if the City determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the City.
