This RFQ is to prequalify Trade Contractors in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149A, 8 and 810 AMR 10.00. Responses received from eligible subcontractors will be used to pre-qualify firms for participation in response to a Request for Bids. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate General Bid Deadline 12/29/20 Forest River Park Pool. The City of Salem is constructing two new pools on the site of the former pool in Forest River Park. The project includes the construction of a support building and the renovation of the existing historic bathhouse. This advertisement is for subcontractor qualifications ONLY.
