A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid Amount in the form of a surety bond or cashier's check is required with the bid package for a complete bid. The successful bidder shall provide a Performance and Payment Bonds in compliance with the bid specifications for this project as a part of the bid cost. The Board of Education of Huntley Community School District 158 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding procedures and to award the contracts in a manner serving the best interest of the school district.
