Remodeling and addition to a fire / police facility in North Port, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; and for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
AS of February 22, 2023, notice of intentio award has been issued, however, the project has not been officially awarded as bids are still under evaluation. It is the intent of the City of North Port to request proposals from experienced and qualified professional to provide Construction Manager (CM) at Risk services for new and existing public works facilities. Services include pre-construction and construction services for the expansion and remodel of Fire Station No. 81. The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. All bids shall include all federal, state and local taxes. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The last day for questions is October 13, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.
