Project number - E1S59, 441123-1-52-01 The City of North Port is requesting sealed bids to secure the services of an experienced, professional, licensed, and qualified Contractor capable of providing construction services in accordance with the specifications and drawings to construct the City of North Port Sumter Utility Extensions in their entirety. This project is subject to the requirements set forth in the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, 2 CFR Part 200. This project is being funded, in part, by funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Note: All Prospective Bidders Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of North Port Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. All bids shall include all federal, state and local taxes. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
