Notice is hereby given that the City of North Port will receive sealed proposals from legal entities authorized to do business in Florida for: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE CITY OF NORTH PORT It is the intent of the City of North Port to request proposals from experienced, competent, qualified, and licensed firms for construction management services for the City of North Port on an as-needed basis for a range of pre-construction, construction, and warranty phase services related to design, permitting and construction management of miscellaneous projects as may be designated by the City. Projects assigned under this contract will not exceed in total project cost of $4,000,000. Not all projects for the City of North Port will be Federal.'
