Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to provide the installation of concrete box culverts and concrete culverts under Meridian Road, elliptical concrete culverts under Lexington Road, grading and construction of an east and west basin, asphalt pavement reconstruction, driveway reconstruction, ditch grading and implementation of sustainable low impacts solutions within open channel improvements, driveway reconstruction, curb and gutter reconstruction, guardrail installation, sodding of all disturbed areas, water and sanitary sewer relocation and all associated improvements. Bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid guarantee, based on the total dollar amount of the base bid submitted in the response, which shall be a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check or Bank Draft (no cash, company, or personal checks will be accepted), made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, Leon County, Florida. Such check, bank draft, or bond shall be submitted with the understanding that the bonds will be held until award of bid.
