RAM Construction & Development, LLC. (RAM), SL# CGC-062608, Construction Manager for the project known as FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY(FSU) - DOAK CAMPBELL STADIUM IMPROVEMENTS FS#2221100 (fs-211) -PHASE 1C, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified trade contractors for the following bid packages: As of January 2, 2024, construction commenced December 13, 2023. All trades have been awarded. Completion is expected August 2025. 2A - Selective Demolition 5A - Miscellaneous Metal All bidders are required to be pre-qualified prior to submitting a proposal. Drawings and specifications will be available for distribution from the following reprographic establishments: Seminole Blueprint and The Blueprint Shop (both located in Tallahassee, FL.). For information regarding bid packages and/or pre-qualification forms, please contact the RAM office at estimator@ramflorida.com or at (850) 671-7267. RAM strongly encourages M/W/SBE businesses to participate in the bid solicitation process.
