Site work for a water / sewer project in Justin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of replacement of existing riser pipe for the elevated tank and installation of check valve on new riser pipe, installation of motorized operated valve on tank fill line, yard piping improvements, supporting electrical, instruments and controls, located on Reatta Ridge in Justin Texas. The Bidders' attention is directed to Article 6 of the Bid Form for list of required submittal for complete Bid. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of Total Amount Bid must accompany each Bid. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
