Site work for a civil project in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to install approximately 44,000 linear feet of new PVC water main and approximately 5,000 linear feet of new PVC gravity sewer with sanitary manholes and lateral connections, the installation of one (1) new submersible wastewater pump station with control systems and associated PVC force main piping, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. The City anticipates utilizing federal funds for this project, as applicable, potentially including American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) or the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), thus this project will follow Federal Procurement guidelines. Please note: The City of Pembroke Pines has recently partnered with Bonfire ( https://ppines.bonfirehub.com/ ) to announce and distribute all formal solicitations, in excess of the $25,000 threshold, posted by the City of Pembroke Pines. As a result, the City will be transitioning from it's current e-Procurement Platform.
