Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
This contract consists of but is not limited to: demolition of existing glazed curtainwall, existing epoxy floor, existing automatic doors, existing tactile warning edge, existing center platform roofing and existing north platform polycarbonate canopy panels; installation of sbs modified bitumen roofing, polycarbonate panels, epoxy flooring, center platform floor finish, north platform vertical surface finish, tactile warning edge, aluminum composite panel, metal pan ceilings; glazed aluminum curtain walls to match existing finish; aluminum composite panels to match existing; and temporary construction barricades; and coordination with all existing street furniture, equipment, and utilities for installation of the work as indicated on the project drawings and specifications, including, but not limited to all appurtenances required for a fully functional installation. The procurement commissioner reserves the right to reject the bid. No quote will be accepted unless the pre-qualification questionnaire with all questions fully answered is submitted within the pre-qualification On or Before December 28, 2021. Bidder RFIS must be submitted on the Q and A tab within the prequalification. This solicitation is for Pre-qualification Only.
