The bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and material as specified and all equipment required for the construction of approximately 740 square yards of concrete slab repairs, minor earthwork, selective demolition and replacement of metal building members and all other related work as shown on the Contract Documents. All Bidders questions and/or clarifications must be submitted in writing to Dewberry Engineers Inc., 2610 Wycliff Road, Suite 410, Raleigh, NC 27607 no later than 5:00 PM, local time on Friday, February 28, 2020. Bidders questions and/or clarifications received after this date will not receive a response. If warranted Bidders questions and/or clarifications may be answered by Addenda. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and any part of a bid, and to waive informalities and technicalities in the bids. No consideration will be given to any request for Plans and Specifications two (2) days prior to the date for receiving bids.
