Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The purpose of this bid is to solicit pricing from interested and qualified vendors for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary for the construction of approximately 2,500* linear feet of 5' wide concrete sidewalk at Davis Park, located at 210 Davis Park Road, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081, per the attached drawings. The sidewalk shall be 4" thick, except where noted on the drawing to be 6" thick. Wire mesh shall be added in the 6" thick portions. Where the sidewalk crosses existing swales, RCP and/or ERCP pipes with MES shall be installed. Upon completion of the sidewalk, the contractor shall finish grade areas adjacent to the sidewalk, install at least a 12" row of Bermuda sod on both sides of the sidewalk, and sod or hydroseed/hay all other disturbed areas. Contractor shall be responsible for returning the site to its pre-project condition. The Contractor shall visit the Site and has familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed before submitting a proposal. The 2,500 LF is a very rough approximation. The contractor shall visit the site, and take their own measurements on which their bid will be based.
