Resolution includes masonry and concrete repairs, waterproofing, site drainage, plumbing and hardscape improvements. Repair of deteriorated areas of South Perimeter Wall and the stairs to its gates and repair of statue plinths, and relocation of the John F. Kennedy statue, and removal of the Replica Liberty Bell off site to perform conservation work, and later re-installation at a new location on site. Replacement of light fixtures and related wiring, including at the JFK statue and Bell; provide related wiring for replacement of sump pump; disconnect and reconnect miscellaneous equipment.
