Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The project consists of selective demolition and removal, carpentry, gutters, stone foundation repointing, vinyl replacement - basement windows, steel basement door, grading, minor painting, and electrical work. The Work consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work in accordance with all Laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by the Contractor or that the Contract Documents require the Contractor to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. The Contractor shall provide and perform for the Contract Price all of the duties and obligations set forth in the Contract Documents.
