Submit Good Faith Effort documentation, saved in searchable Portable Document Format (PDF) and stored on a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Type-A, Compact Disc (CD) or Digital Video Disc (DVD), demonstrating the Bidder made a good faith effort to outreach to and include SLBE-ELBE Subcontractors required in this document within 3 Working Days of the Bid opening if theoverall mandatory participation percentage is not met.
