Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sarasota, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This bid is intended to establish a percentage discounted price for the Facilities Services Department of the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida where the manufacturer has a published MSRP or List Price for the purchase of district-wide repairs or replacement of standard and non-standard hollow metal doors and frames, associated hardware, and electronic entry devices. It is also the intent of the School Board to establish an hourly installation and repair rate for the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of hollow metal doors at locations owned/operated by the School Board of Sarasota County. NOTE: The Contractor must agree that during a declared disaster situation that any bid items with a mark-up will be billed at actual cost without any mark-up permitted.
