Renovation of an educational facility in Sarasota, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
To provide a new pool heating, cooling and dehumidification system to the existing Oak Park School swimming pool. The scope of work specified in the attached consists of providing (defined as furnish and install) all labor, materials, equipment and services, required to complete the electrical, mechanical, replacing existing duct work to match the original ductwork, demolition and removal of all existing fixtures, piping, ductwork, equipment. and all related work indicated on the drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract Written questions regarding Oak Park HVAC Pool Project - Bid #21-0318** are due prior to 2:00 p.m. on March 22, 2021.
