The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida intends to establish firm prices for a period of one year from the date of award for commercial and institutional locksmith services for the Safety, Security, & Emergency Management Department at various School Board locations throughout the county. An hourly labor rate for installation, maintenance, and repair is requested, with a one-time service call permitted per site or location, per work order. NOTE: The Contractor must agree that during a declared disaster situation that any bid items with a mark-up will be billed at actual cost without any mark-up permitted.
