Site work and paving for a civil project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project is the third phase of the Superior Street consolidation sewer work. The consolidation sewer will collect sewage from CSO 029 and transport flows back to the tunnel and eventually the Water Pollution Control Plant. This project will include the construction of 820 linear feet of 36-inch to 48-inch consolidation sewer, five structures including two sanitary diversion structures, water main installation including 450 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 335 linear feet of 16-inch water main, and necessary water appurtenances, modifications to existing sanitary structures, and final roadway restoration. The Work will be substantially completed within 270 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 ofthe General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 ofthe General Conditions within 450 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
