For Nutrient Reduction Wetland Project In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation, grading, tile installation including a manhole and roadway crossing, concrete intakes, and seeding. This project includes approximately 16,660 cubic yards of earthwork, 1,858 linear feet of tile installation, 1 concrete manhole, 2 concrete intake structures, and 280 tons of crushed gravel. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $130,000 to $160,000. The Plans and Construction Specifications governing the construction of the proposed improvements have been prepared by Jonathan Rosengren, P.E., Bolton & Menk, and are hereby made a part of this notice by reference and the proposed contract shall be executed in compliance therewith. Bidders who attend and sign-in to the pre-bid conference will be added to the plan holders list. Plans and Construction Specifications can be viewed at the Boone Soil and Water Conservation District. Printed copies of specifications and plans will be provided to the successful bidder. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
