Fairview Ave, Tucson, Arizona This project represents the implementation of an element of the Tucson Delivers Parks + Connections Program as approved by voters in 2018. The project consists of multiple improvements (new facilities and upgraded facilities) to Jacobs Park as approved by Mayor and Council in the March 2022 Jacobs Master Plan. Improvements planned as part of this project include but are not limited to the following list as outlined in the Master Plan.
