File No.: 2019-0346 Minute No.: 2020- Formal-furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, Supplies, Superintendence, Insurance, Incidentals, and All Other Things Necessary to Perform Services for Demolition of Wharf Crane Nos. 7 & 8 and Rtg Cranes P & S at Barbours Cut Terminal All in Accordance With Contract Dated [enter Contract Date]. All Invoices and Correspondence Shall Be Addressed to the Attention of Harvey Ross. A Certificate of Insurance Must Be Provided Prior to Commencement of Any Work. The Port Authority May at Its Option, Cancel This Purchase Order at Any Time and Pay the Consultant for Actual Services Performed Based on the Work Performed Up Until Receipt of Such Written Notice. A Bid Bond of 5% Must Be Submitted With the Response. This project consists of demolition of two ship-to-shore cranes (7 & 8) and two RTG cranes (P & S) at Barbours Cut Terminal and recycle the steel components. The Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Responses.
