The goal of this project is to develop a complete plan set of a complete streets project in the city of Pelican Rapids. This contract is for Planning, Preliminary Surveying, Design Engineering, and Preparation of Plans for a Complete Streets Project, Bituminous Milling and Overlay, Intersection Improvements, Hydraulic Improvements, Bridge Approach Panels, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Improvements including pedestrian ramps, sidewalks and bike trails, along TH 59, TH 108 East and TH 108 West in the City of Pelican Rapids Minnesota.
