Actual award amount: $51,476.63. Project: LITITZ BOROUGH LANE PAVING: Project consists of milling of bituminous pavement on two lanes totaling 1,021 square yards. A 2-inch wearing course will be placed on these lanes and two additional lanes in the Borough of Lititz totaling 2,653 square yards Questions will be accepted until 4:00 PM, Monday February 17, 2020. All questions must be submitted through PennBid. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Borough reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders 6, as supplemented and amended, Section 102. Subcontractors must pre-qualify in the same manner, if listed in the proposal or if Bidder subsequently undertakes the partial or total construction of one or more items of work. All Bidders and Subcontractors must be PennDOT pre-qualified.
