For West Leechburg 2022 Street Resurfacing Project Barco-Milling Returns and Gutter lines 440 SY; Paving with 491 Tons of 2 Binder Course; 216 Tons of 1 Wearing Course; 36 Tons of Leveling Course; 110 Tons of 1 Wearing Course; and other specified work - all quantities approximate. Bid must be accompanied by satisfactory security executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to West Leechburg Borough. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Proposals must be upon the form provided. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening thereof. Contractors to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Public Works Employment Verification Act of 2012, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, as amended, and follow all applicable and Pa. Dept. of Health guidelines and orders. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates do not apply since this is a public road project under $100,000.
