Envelopes containing bids must be designated Sealed Bid for Circle Drive Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction and I & I Elimination Project as follows using CDBG Funds: Slip Lining (Option A) or Alternate Internal Lining (Option B) of Existing 8 Sanitary Sewer 580 LF including Mainline Video Inspection; Service Line Video Inspection & Dye Testing 4 EA; 1 Spot Repair; Replace 2 Sanitary Manholes & 1 Lamphole; Replace 4 Existing Service Lines, Connections & Install Inspection Stacks; Restoration and other specified work all quantities approximate. Bid must be accompanied by satisfactory security executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to West Leechburg Borough. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Proposals must be upon the form provided. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days after the opening thereof.
