Proposals must be upon the forms provided. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening thereof. Contractors must comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Public Works Employment Verification Act of 2012, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, as amended, and follow applicable C DC and Pa. Dept. of Health guidelines and orders. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates do not apply as this work is considered maintenance.
