Gosser Street Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction and Extension Project Extension Project as follows: 8 & 10 Sanitary Sewer 630 LF; Sanitary Manholes 5 EA; Sanitary Tees 6 EA; 6 Sanitary Laterals 120 LF; Inspection Stacks 6 EA; Pavement Restoration 280 SY; Lawn & Gravel Restoration 594 SY; and other specified work - all quantities approximate. Bid must be accompanied by satisfactory security executed by the bidder and acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to West Leechburg Borough. Bidders must visit the site prior to submitting a bid and carry Liability, Property Damage, and Workers Compensation Insurance as specified Owner reserves the right to waive informalities, eliminate items of work, reduce or increase quantities up to 25%, limit the award to the amount of funds available, reject any or all bids. Proposals must be upon the form furnished. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening thereof.
