West Leechburg 2024 Street Resurfacing Project Street Resurfacing Project as follows using Borough Funds: Barco-milling where needed 242 SY; 5 Manhole Adjustment Risers; 74 Tons of 2 Binder Course; 490 Tons of 1 Wearing Course; and other specified work - all quantities approximate. Bond Notes :Bid must be accompanied by satisfactory security executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to West Leechburg Borough. Owner Rights: Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This is a public road project under $100,000. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening thereof. Contractors to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Public Works Employment Verification Act of 2012, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, as amended, and follow all applicable and Pa. Dept. of Health guidelines and orders. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates do not apply.
